Drew Klotz - Kinetic Scultor
Drew Klotz was brought up in an artistic family of five kids.
“We were always creating some kind of art work. Surrounded by such creativity, we were constantly being stimulated.”
Drew took a great interest in sculpture during high school, and later applied to, and, was accepted at Copper Union School of Art in Manhattan. Cooper Union provided the same creative community that Klotz was so familiar with. Being around so many talented artists was not only inspirational, but also a tremendous opportunity.
Upon graduation to the present, Drew has been creating all kinds of kinetic sculptures – from creative toys to props for television and commercials.
Now, his concentration has been on his popular outdoor, wind activated sculptures, for which he is best know, and which are exhibited here on the grounds of the Grand Summit Hotel. |
